What Inspires Our Extraordinary Glamping Pod Designs

When we take on a project to build glamping pods for a venue, we always go for the bespoke approach. We work to create a unique design for just you alone, so when guests stay at your site, they’re in accommodation that they’ve never seen before.

Creating a unique destination for guests is popular in the current glamping market. While we understand you can’t always choose the type of land you build your glamping site on, you can choose what glamping pods you have on your site.

Choosing a design might be as easy as picking from one of the traditional pods that look like an upside-down boat, but the glamping sites that truly stand out are the ones that look entirely unique.

In our journey to build fantastic looking pods for our clients, we have seen lots of different styles and models, so let’s have a look at some of the most inspiring designs and how they’ve reflected our work.

Inspirational Glamping Designs

Treehouse Accommodation

Treehouse accommodation

What could be more sensational than staying the night up in the air amongst the trees? Treehouse accommodation is an extraordinary type of design in the glamping market, immersing guests deep within nature. The elaborate nature of a treehouse will create an experience that will stay in the minds of guests for years to come.

The great thing about treehouse accommodation is that it doesn’t need to be built amongst wild forests and trees to look good. Of course, it’s an amazing feeling for a guest to wake up in the morning with their head amongst the rustling leaves but waking up and standing on a treehouse terrace overlooking plains of open land is just as breathtaking.

Cosy Cabins

If you’re looking for something that’s more low key than a treehouse, we’ve been inspired by the simplicity of the cabin accommodation. Cabins are a versatile type of accommodation, whether it’s within a secluded forest, by a lake or on open fields, they will always create a comforting experience.

The rustic exterior of the cabin accommodation plays an important role in telling the story of a glamping site, it almost creates a sense of nostalgia for their guests, pair that with a wooden hot tub, or a roaring fireplace and you have a destination that’s full of character.

Cosy cabins

You can create different types of stays with this type of accommodation. For those who want to create a technological retreat, a cosy cabin is an ideal and novelty design that will appeal to guests. Alternatively, if you’re wanting to create a luxury stay with all the mod cons, the wooden exterior contrasting with a high tech interior works extremely well. This is why cabin accommodation has inspired us with our designs, they work so well with almost any glamping vision.

Kabina: Inspired By Nature For Nature

Our glamping pod, Kabina, was designed by our team of Imagineers to bring the best of what inspires us and then make it even more unique.

What you have in the Kabina, which isn’t seen in many glamping pods, is that everything you need is at your fingertips while ensuring that the experience it creates is authentic and unique. All the modern cons are available and can be easily installed, however, if you’re wanting to create a retreat without high levels of technology, we’ve made Kabina in a way that means no comfort is lost if you choose this option. Its quality insulation ensures heat doesn’t escape as easily as other glamping pods on the market.

Kabina

By Enchanted Creations

Kabina was created to seamlessly blend into multiple terrains, with a sustainably sourced timber exterior and a green roof that promotes biodiversity. There is space for Kabina on any glamping site.

While there are a few unique designs for the Kabina that we offer to our clients, you’re able to customise Kabina in order to suit your venue and what memorable experience you’re creating for your guests.

Our Bespoke Design Projects

As well as Kabina, we’ve worked with clients to use what inspires us to create something totally unique from the ground up.

Treehouses

One of our largest projects was our Rufus Roof treehouse, a space for groups of up to 6 people with more than enough room for the guests to relax on their own.

Its timber exterior and interior build a rustic appearance, however, we perfectly contrasted this with technological features such as a mounted flatscreen TV and a state of the art kitchen. Creating a house that’s fairytale-like, while having all the luxury that comes with a 5* hotel room, we also took it that one bit further and included a wooden framed hot tub and a pizza oven on the outside decking. The Treehouse was made to be full of surprises, there’s even a secret slide leading to a hidden away snug.

Hobbit House

Hobbit House

With this glamping pod design, we wanted to take the comfortable and cosy experience of cabin accommodation and pair that with elements of fantasy.

This design was for those who wanted the glamping experience without being overwhelmed with technology. 3 Comfy beds, a table that’s perfect for card games and a fireplace to keep you warm in the evening. Waking up in the morning in this cosy little room and opening the wide round doors will leave you feeling like you’re in an actual hobbit house from your favourite book.
